ANGER TRAINING



Was just down at the gym on the treadmill and whenever I get tired and feel like giving up I just think about stuff that makes me frustrated and angry haha (which is many things right now) ! Works really good, really gets you going much longer than you thought you could. Almost fainted afterwards then gave myself a kiss hahaha
Everybody should give themself sum credit more often.. I was rly proud of myself today  ;)
